Our Value Proposition and Team

What Makes Us Different

Trusted Advisors

As an individual consultant, we provide truly independent services and advice – there are no add-on services or pull-through offerings beyond our time. This allows for what we believe is a deeper lever of candor.

This is coupled with insights and lessons learned from 10 years in Deloitte Consulting’s M&A and Strategy & Operations practice on the most complex transactions and transformations of recent business history.

Focused Impact & Value

The pyramid structure and minimum burn rates of traditional consulting teams can reduce value delivered, render top-tier expertise too costly for smaller projects, or shorten support duration

Engaging just a ‘top slice of the pyramid’ focuses impact and enables targeted value rarely possible with large consultancies

Our lean cost structure shares savings and allows for lower rates than traditional consultancies

Servant Leadership

Our firm was founded from a passion to serve others by solving meaningful problems in the business and community space

Superior organizational results can be achieved by building and developing teams with a culture of servant leadership which is the heart of my approach and experience
